Returns & Support

  • We accept returns within 14 days of delivery in accordance with UK consumer regulations. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare, shower filters, or capsule products unless they are faulty.

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

    We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
