  • Installation

Unscrew your existing shower hose from the wall outlet and shower head.
Attach the Waterwel shower hose by twisting each end onto the corresponding fittings. No tools are required.

Ensure both ends are securely connected before turning on the water.

    During Use

Use the shower as normal. The anti-twist structure helps prevent kinks while maintaining steady water flow.

When the shower is turned off, the internal drainage design allows any remaining water inside the hose to exit naturally, preventing water from being trapped inside.

FAQ

  • Compatible with most standard showerheads and taps.

Some non-standard or uniquely designed fittings may not be suitable.

  • To allow the internal mechanism to drain properly, position the showerhead higher than the tap after use.

  • After the water is turned off, remaining water inside the hose is released to allow proper drainage.

This is part of the product’s internal function and is normal.

  • A slight rubber smell may be noticeable when first opening the product.

This will fade naturally over time and is not a cause for concern.
